Savory Potatoes with Turmeric
¼ cup canola oil or extra virgin coconut or olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 -2 teaspoons salt or to taste
6 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into half and sliced
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Next combine the oil, spice powders, salt and potatoes and mix well to coat the potatoes. Bake until potatoes are golden brown and tender when cut into half with a fork or knife. Remove from oven and serve warm.
