Welcome to the Tudor House Gourmet Cooking School. In 2022 take a culinary journey of Southeast Asian Cuisine through a hands-on cooking class with acclaimed chef and cookbook Author Christina Arokiasamy.

The Tudor House Gourmet Cooking School takes you on a storytelling journey in a beautifully decorated interior to give the inviting experience of Indonesian Archipelago, Malaysia, Thailand and the Islands of Bali.

Chef Christina has over 20 years of expert knowledge and culinary industry experience to share with you. Her monthly cooking classes take you around the different regions and locales of Southeast Asia, and all in her beautiful home environment! You can choose to focus on the cuisines of Thailand, Malaysia (a melting pot of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cuisine), or the islands of Indonesia. You will learn the cooking skills of creating layers of flavors, selecting and preparing fresh ingredients, blending and applying spices, and creating the most delicous dishes you have ever tasted. All classes are hands-on with authentic and professional recipes.
