You can choose to focus on the cuisines of Thailand, Malaysia (a melting pot of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cuisine), or the islands of Indonesia.You will learn the cooking skills of creating layers of flavors, selecting and preparing fresh ingredients, blending and applying spices, and creating the most delicous dishes you have ever tasted. All classes are hands-on with professional recipes.
